The decarbonisation of aviation requires new technologies. We will invest in innovation and back new technologies that can reduce the CO₂ emissions from commercial aviation, reduce climate change and improve the environment.

We aim to provide a highly engaging workplace for our employees, to care for their physical and mental health, and to create a diverse and inclusive environment. We are also committed to supporting local communities and giving back through our CARE programme.
