Avolon offers a dynamic entry opportunity into the aircraft leasing industry for enthusiastic graduates who share our passion for aviation in an entrepreneurial environment. Avolon is looking for graduates who have strong intellectual ability, curiosity, courage and, most importantly, a desire to learn. Our 12-month graduate programme will provide you with the launch pad to an exciting career in aircraft leasing like no other.
Avolon provides graduates with an exceptional opportunity to develop to their potential, both personally and professionally, across a wide range of disciplines. Graduates will get the chance to rotate between some of the following teams:
Finance, Legal, Technical and Asset Management, Pricing, Risk Management, Human Resources, Marketing and Project Management and Technology.

Bohai Leasing agrees to acquire Avolon for US$7.6bn, a 55% premium to the IPO price, delivering significant returns to shareholders.
Avolon agrees to acquire the aircraft leasing business of CIT Group for US$10.4bn
Avolon completes the acquisition of the aircraft leasing business of CIT Group; and orders 75 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft valued at US$11 bn
ORIX Corp acquires a 30% stake in Avolon from Bohai; and Avolon orders 100 Airbus A320neo family aircraft valued at US$11.5 bn
Avolon achieves investment grade status as Moody's Investors Service upgrade Avolon's corporate family and senior unsecured ratings to Baa3. Fitch Ratings and S&P Global follow suit to upgrade Avolon's issuer and senior unsecured debt ratings to investment grade (both BBB-).
