ASSET MANAGEMENT
Aircraft are an attractive investment asset class but require careful management over the course of a lease including: diligent record keeping, management of maintenance records and reserves, insurance certification and regular dialogue with the lessee.
INVOICING
Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of rentals, maintenance reserves and other charges throughout the course of a lease.
REPORTING
Delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to investors on the status of assets under management.
COLLECTION & DISBURSEMENTS
Proactively engaging with airlines to ensure timely collection of funds owed and managing payments during the course of the lease; including the return of security deposits and maintenance claims.
INSURANCE
Management of possessed and contingent insurance policies as well as managing the airline annual renewal process.
MAINTENANCE
Oversight of the ongoing maintenance of aircraft on lease including, but not limited to, the attendance at maintenance events to ensure compliance, regular asset inspections and review of maintenance records.
REDELIVERY
Management of the redelivery conditions of the aircraft at end of lease, including the calculation of any end of lease adjustments payable or receivable in respect to the aircraft.
REMARKETING
Engaging with prospective counterparts to re-lease or sell assets
RECEIVABLES
Tracking and reporting on outstanding rental and maintenance reserve invoices.
