DRIVING INDUSTRY LEADING RETURNS

Chris Jin served as a non-executive Director of Avolon from January 2016 to February 2022 and was Chairman from February 2021. He rejoined the Avolon Board as Chairman in October 2025. He has been Vice President of HNA Trust Management Co. Ltd since October 2020, Chairman of Bohai Leasing Co. Ltd since 2015, and Chairman of Seaco SRL since 2012.

Mr Jin was also Chief Executive Officer of HNA Capital Group Co., Ltd from 2016 to 2020 and the Chairman and President of Hong Kong International Aviation Leasing Co., Ltd (HKIAL), an aircraft leasing company in Hong Kong, from January 2011 to October 2012.

Mr Jin holds a Bachelor of International Finance degree from Fudan University and an MBA from Fordham University.

Linda Hickey joined the Board in May 2025 and is Chair of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Ms Hickey is currently the Senior Independent Director at Greencore Group plc and Cairn Homes plc. She is also an external member of the Irish Strategic Investment Fund’s investment committee, the Irish Government’s sovereign investment fund. In May 2025 she retired as Senior Independent Director at Kingspan Group plc. She was formerly Head of Corporate Broking at Goodbody Stockbrokers, and prior to that worked for NCB Stockbrokers and Merrill Lynch. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1983 with a BA in Business Studies.

Zhang (Jason) Can was Chairman of Avolon from February 2022 until October 2025 and remains as a Non-Executive Director. He has served as Deputy Chairman of Bohai Leasing Co., Ltd since March 2022. He previously held positions as the CFO of Hong Kong Airlines Co., Ltd., Director of Swissport Group, and CEO of CWT International Limited (HK00521).

Mr Can holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Wuhan University and an MBA from Columbia University.

Andy Cronin was appointed Avolon’s Chief Executive Officer in July 2022 and is a globally recognised leader within the aviation industry, having held an array of senior roles across the sector for more than 20 years. As part of the founding team and serving as Avolon’s CFO from 2010-2022, Andy has played a central role in building the company to the industry-leading position it holds today. In this role, he has successfully led Finance and Capital Market teams through numerous capital raises, debt issuances, successfully listing Avolon on the NYSE, privatizations and subsequent corporate acquisitions. Prior to joining Avolon, Andy served as SVP Investor Markets at RBS Aviation Capital with responsibility for disposal, financing and debt syndication of operating lease and structured debt products to a wide pool of investors and banking communities. Before working at RBS Aviation Capital, Andy worked in numerous commercial and operational roles at FLS Aerospace.

Kei Kitagawa is a member of the Board of Directors of ORIX Aviation. He also serves as Executive Vice President, Deputy Head of Global Transportation Services Headquarters and Head of Aviation and Investment Group for ORIX Corporation, the sole shareholder of ORIX Aviation. Kei Kitagawa joined ORIX Corporation in April 1998 where he spent 8 years in vender leasing jointly with an American multinational computer technology company. He then moved into the Aviation and Investment Group in March 2006 in a core role pioneering the Japanese Operating Leasing arrangement for ORIX Corporation. Kei Kitagawa was appointed to the Head of Aviation and Investment Group in March 2015 and Deputy Head of Global Transportation Services Headquarters in January 2019. Kei Kitagawa also has responsibility for the Aviation and Investment Group’s business strategies and budgets.

Kei holds a Bachelor Degree in Law and a MBA in Finance from Chuo University, Tokyo.

Ding Chen is currently Deputy General Manager of the International Affairs Department at HNA Trust Management Co., Ltd. Prior to this he was the Deputy General Manager of the Compliance and Legal Department at HNA Trust Management Co., Ltd. from May 2022 to June 2024.

Between November 2012 and May 2022, he held various positions, including Legal Manager and Deputy Department Manager, within the legal, compliance, and audit departments at the headquarters of HNA Group and its subsidiaries. He also holds a legal practice qualification certificate in Mainland China.

Mr Chen graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Wuhan University of Technology in 2010, and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore in 2020.

James Meyler joined the Board of Avolon in February 2022. James is the Chief Executive Officer of ORIX Aviation Systems Limited and ORIX Aviation Hong Kong with 23 years’ experience in the aviation industry. Prior to this, he held the positions of Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Commercial Officer of ORIX Aviation. James is a Board Director of the company since 2015. James worked with ORIX Aviation from 2002 to 2007 and was Vice President of Acquisitions, New Business and Capital Markets. James spent two years as Managing Director, Head of Marketing and Capital Markets for Aergo Capital Group before returning to ORIX Aviation in 2009. James has also held previous positions as Executive Assistant to Tony Ryan and CFO of TARA Aerospace, along with a senior management role in the aviation team at KBC Aerospace Finance. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Banking and Finance from University College Dublin. James was previously elected to the Board of Directors of ISTAT for a four-year term from 2015 to 2019 and currently serves as Chairman of the Wings Club Foundation European Chapter.
